By using www.trekidp.com (“Site”) to apply for an International Driving Permit (IDP), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

TrekIDP provides:

• Online applications for UN-compliant International Driving Permits.

• Digital and printed IDP delivery (valid in 150+ countries).

• Customer support via WhatsApp, email, and phone.

We are not a government agency but a licensed facilitator.

3. Eligibility

To apply, you must:

• Be 18+ years old.

• Hold a valid driver’s license from Saudi Arabia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, or other recognized countries.

• Provide accurate documents (passport copy, license, photo).

4. Orders & Payments

• Fees: IDP costs start at 150 SAR (varies by validity period).

• Payment Methods: Secure gateways (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, etc.).

• Refunds: Only if order is canceled before processing (digital IDPs are non-refundable once issued).

5. Delivery & Processing

• Digital IDP: Emailed within 2 hours of approval.

• Printed IDP: Delivered in 1-2 business days (Saudi Arabia only).

• Delays may occur due to verification issues or incorrect documents.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Submit fake/altered documents.

• Resell or misuse IDPs.

• Use our site for illegal activities.

Violations result in order cancellation and legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

TrekIDP is not liable for:

• Rejected IDPs due to invalid licenses or authority decisions.

• Driving violations or accidents abroad.

• Third-party delays (e.g., couriers, payment processors).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Saudi Arabian laws. Disputes will be resolved in Riyadh courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
