1. Digital IDPs – Non-Refundable

Once your digital International Driving Permit (IDP) is issued and emailed (within 2 hours), no refunds are possible. This is because:

• The permit is immediately usable and cannot be revoked.

• We incur UN/compliance costs upon issuance.

2. Printed IDPs – Refund Eligibility

• Before Processing: Full refund if canceled within 1 hour of payment.

• After Shipping: No refunds (tracking info provided upon dispatch).

3. Refund Scenarios

We will issue refunds only if:
✅ You canceled before IDP processing began.
✅ We failed to deliver due to our error (e.g., wrong permit details).

We cannot refund for:
❌ Incorrect documents submitted by you (e.g., expired license).
❌ Delays by third parties (couriers, banks).
❌ Change of mind after approval.

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Email support[@]trekidp.com within 24 hours of payment.

2. Include:

   • Order number

   • Reason for cancellation

3. Refunds processed in 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent service bans and legal recovery efforts.
